EAI International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Next Generation Networks – EAI ICNGWN 2023 will be hosting a series of special sessions. Special sessions feature related to Computer, Electronics and Communication Engineering on the latest research related to the area of interest of the proposer special session. The goal of these special sessions is to provide a forum for focused discussions on the topics proposed in the special session. Special session organizers will be honored with a certificate.
Each organized session may have a minimum of 8 submitted papers with an acceptance rate of maximum 50% that will be subject to regular review cycle by the session organizer is required for each special session. The session organizer will have full authority in soliciting and accepting papers for the session. Plagiarism rate of the accepted papers must be less than 15%. But final accepting and rejecting right lies with General Chair of the conference.

Special Session Proposal Format
Your Special Session Proposal should consist of:
- Title of the Special Session
- A brief description of the area of concern (approx. 100 words), with a special focus on why this is considered to be an interesting and significant topic.
- The name and contact information of two or more Special Sessions chairs, who are willing to promote and organize a sufficient amount of quality submissions to the Special Sessions. Please also indicate the short bio of the organizers.

It is the duty of the special session chairs to publicize the special session among researchers and practitioners in the field and attract a sufficient number of papers. On the EAI ICNGWN 2023 conference site, we will add information on about your Special Session.
Papers submitted to your Special Session will undergo the same review process as the papers submitted to EAI ICNGWN 2023. The Special Session organizers are responsible for managing the review process, assuring at least three reviews per paper. Special sessions have the same deadlines as the EAI ICNGWN 2023 Conference.
About publication
All registered papers will be published in the EAI CORE series as a proceedings book and made available through the European Union Digital Library (EUDL).
Proceedings will be available in the European Union Digital Library, the proceedings are disseminated to an even wider audience by being indexed in ProQuest, CNKI, Google Scholar, and Ei Compendex indexing.
All registered papers will be considered for publication in EAI Transactions (Scopus-indexed journals).
All accepted authors are eligible to submit an extended version in a fast track of:
- EAI Endorsed Transactions on Industrial Networks and Intelligent Systems
- EAI Endorsed Transactions on Mobile Communications and Applications
